In October 2016, I was introduced to Helen Heerema from Ph@tt and my life changed forever. I started the program and was extremely happy with my 10kg loss in 40 days with minimal exercise. It was so easy to follow and is a great fit to my life. I start in the gym at 5.30 am, before Ph@tt I would have to have a Nanna nap in the afternoon. I did 21 days of maintenance and happy to say have maintained my 75kgs. I follow the 85-15% rule, 85% of the time I’m good and 15% of the time, I’m a little bit naughty. Let’s face it, you only live once, but everything in moderation. If my weight creeps up I jump back on the program and everything stabilises again.
This Phatt journey may have been were I’ve only lost 25.2kgs but it has been the healthiest, most mind changing journey of all were I’ve learned the mind and body are a team and function as this amazing machine in harmony with each other.

30 days of cleaning up my gut and a 10kg loss and my life has changed. I was shocked at how rapid the changes were. I came off my anti-depressants, I could stop taking my medication for Type 2 Diabetes, my head was no longer cloudy and I had way more energy. I felt like a new woman. This program has been amazing and showed me that anything is possible. It has changed my life forever.

Since starting this program on the 8th August 2017 I have not only lost 14kgs and 65cm but my depression is down to a minimum and my anxiety is none existant anymore. Where i use to always feel bloated and have no energy to do anything and just want to sleep. I was unable to get out of bed in the morning to face the day with my kids because it was all to hard and because i was still awake at 2 or 3am in the morning because i just couldnt sleep.

Well now I am averaging 8 to 9hrs sleep a night and am up before the kids, ready to tackle the day ahead. This program has showed me how to enjoy the right foods and in moderation.

I was supposed to be going on my first holiday with hubby since the birth of our boys, but I was considering cancelling because I had no clothes to take that fitted me. In sheer desperation I contacted my mentor and started PH@TT. IN THE 2 weeks before we left I lost 5kg and felt so much better than I had in a long time. It made all the difference for my trip.

On my return I hopped straight back on the “ PH@TT train “ and continued my journey. In a period of 6 weeks I’d lost 17kg in total and was back to what I weighed in my 30s. That was nearly 6 months ago. My overall health has improved and my energy levels have remained. It is a lifestyle change that I’ve easily sustained.

I am still amazed at how much my life and health has improved and this is the reason I became a mentor. I know it works and I want to help as many people as I can be healthy and happy, especially those who like me have tried everything else.

This program has done wonders for me. I regained my health back!! My liver is back to normal, my knees no longer hurt and crack when going up the stairs, I no longer feel bloated and I have been migraine-free since joining the program. I have even stopped snoring !!

This program has given me back my confidence and I am extremely proud of myself for how far I have come in such a short period of time. I have gained so much energy and I am no longer drained out after a days work.

As you eat everyday healthy foods this program makes you aware of the choices in food to eat especially when dining out which I do a lot of while catching up with family and friends.
