Im a mum to 4 children – 1 teenager and 3 adult kids in their early 20’s.
I have an amazing , loving husband. 2 gorgeous fur babies, Cookie & Chico.
I’ve worked full time in the Banking industry for over 20 years.

So yes, just like you, I have a very busy life.

Since having kids, I had put myself last (as you do) …..and over the years gained lots of weight. Not eating healthy meals, skipping breakfast and grabbing anything easy to eat for lunch. Then sitting down with the family to steak and carbs for dinner. Too often I would go to bed too exhausted to think about excersing.

I lacked energy, my moods were up and down. I struggled to get out of bed most mornings, and just do the simple, everyday things in life.
My health was going downhill fast.

I weighed myself one day and the scales read 97.4kg…. the heaviest I’ve ever been !!

I had tried many ways to lose weight and get healthy…. gym memberships, expensive weight loss programs , even meal replacement shakes.

All these ways I found hard to stick to as the results were slow and I lacked the support and motivation to continue…. and then eventually I gave up.

3 easy steps

STEP 1

The first 3 days

This is where you get off the blood sugar roller coaster and get your appetite under control and you start to burn fat. During these three days you will begin your nutritional support, and quickly become a fat burning body rather than a fat storage body. Typically after the second day your blood sugar levels should start to stabilise, you will begin to overcome food cravings and your body will start to use its fat stores for energy.

STEP 2

Fat loss and detox

This is when your body will start to change as a result of burning fat, controlling your food craving and stabilising blood sugar levels and most importantly HORMONES. With food cravings gone and fat burning increased, you will feel greater mental clarity and enjoy the increase in energy. The nutritional support for body and hormonal balance is vitally important. Step 2 is the weight loss stage, but is also vital to improve digestion, heal your gut, and get rid of inflammation in the body.

STEP 3

Maintenance

The Maintenance phase is designed to keep you at your current weight and to keep your hormones in balance – particularly your insulin levels (Insulin is the hormone responsible for the uptake of fat in cells). This phase will normally last 21 days… but is designed to teach you how to sustain a healthy lifestyle!
All 3 stages are important for successful weight loss, and if you want to lose more weight you simply go back to step 1 and repeat!
